Moving your clinic to Spark Clinic is straightforward and secure. Switching systems can feel daunting, so we have made the process as simple, transparent and safe as possible.

Ask your current provider for an export of your clinic's data. Most will do this through a support phone call, an email request or their online support portal.
Some providers charge a fee for exporting. We never charge you for importing data into Spark Clinic.
Once you have your export file(s), upload them through our encrypted upload portal. You will receive an email confirming the upload was successful.
Our team securely prepares your Spark Clinic environment from the upload. Once everything is imported and validated, your clinic is ready to go live.

Your data is handled under the same ISO 27001 certified controls that protect everything else on Spark.
Importing your data into Spark Clinic is always free, however large the export.
Your files are encrypted in transit, scanned on arrival and deleted once processing is complete.
Our team maps your export into Spark and checks it with you before you go live.
Keep running your current system until the import is validated. Switch when you are ready.
